Replacement Cost Analysis
Based on the actual reconstruction costs in that area during that time.

ACV Reports - Depreciation
Statistics Canada defines housing depreciation as “the hypothetical amount of money that would be necessary to replace the used-up portion of the stock of dwelling owned and occupied by the target population at the end of the year”.
Our ACV Cost analysis has two components taken into consideration; Physical depreciation and Functional depreciation. Our pricing is reflective of the age of the property and the itemized building materials based on the marketing conditions at that time in that location. ACV is calculated on the rate the building materials depreciate over a period of time.
Site Inspections & Quality Control
Once the reconstruction process has started we can carry out an initial site inspection, then we will do a follow up site inspection for the different phases of the reconstruction and then a final inspection upon completion. Insuring the contractor is providing a service that meets industry standards as well as the expectation of the home owner with in the scope of work required.
Estimates and File Audits

With our extensive training we have the ability to review an estimate and / or find duplications of line items that may have been included in other charges. We can also audit special remediation process such as mould and asbestos to insure that the contractor is following protocol and their charges are reflecting this.
Bid Reviews
We can provide the contractors with the detailed scope and bid sheet, request that the bid sheets are consistent and review their prices and line items to insure the quotes are reflective of what is required to restore the property to pre loss conditions. Then forward this on to the adjuster to award the contract. By providing constancy in the estimates and the bid sheet process we will be able to save the adjuster time when they are comparing structural components.

Conflict Resolutions
We can act as a liaison between the insurance company, the contractor and the home owner, and resolve any issues that may arise during the reconstruction process.
