Steve has spent over 20 years in the restoration industry as a project manager and senior large loss specialist. Steve has a thorough understanding of the insurance restoration process. His extensive experience allows him to problem solve a wide variety of difficult and challenging projects.

With a strong foundation in fire safety and construction, Brady Hicks brings a unique and valuable perspective to his role as a Building Consultant. A former firefighter, Brady has in-depth knowledge of building codes, particularly those related to fire safety and compliance. His background also includes over a decade of hands-on construction experience, giving him a deep understanding of building materials, structural integrity, and site practices. Brady's expertise allows him to approach complex valuation and loss consulting matters with confidence.

Rachel Hicks is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a background in audit and assurance, including experience working with clients in the insurance restoration industry. She applies her technical expertise and analytical skills to support insurance valuations, ACV and replacement cost analysis, structural loss consulting, and file audits. Rachel combines her audit experience with a detail-oriented approach to deliver clear, well-supported results.
